  • The place is horrible. Do not live here! Last week I was picking up my mail when one of the few elderly residents was telling the maintenance man that her AC was broke. This happens A LOT! Even though it was close to 100 degrees out they told her they could not do anything until the morning. SERIOUSLY DO NOT LIVE HERE. Go to PALLADIUM or pay UBER to drive you home from the bars. san marin is not worth it!
