  • I just had our limestone floors cleaned, honed, polished and sealed by Bella Stone Care. The floors were badly etched from a DIY attempt to clean grout as well as from our cleaning lady using vinegar to wash the limestone floors. Needless to say the floors looked hopeless. Now the floors look absolutely perfect! Ace first came to our home to provide an estimate and arrived exactly as scheduled and called to tell me when he was on his way. He did have to reschedule the original date of service due to another job going over the expected completion time. Ace did call me well ahead to inform me of the change and reschedule. They arrived on time and worked diligently to complete the job. John and Ace were extremely polite and a pleasure to have in our home. They carefully prepped for the work and left our home in excellent condition. To top it off the limestone floors look like new! Ace also spent quite a bit of time explaining how I should care for the floors to keep them looking perfect. I would definitely hire Bella Stone Care again and would recommend to others.
