  • My reason for 5 stars is because 1) they did a great job of handling my 5-year old son during his first eye exam and 2) the eye doctor was very friendly and explicative of his work. First, my kid was scared to go to the eye doctor but once we arrived I think the clean, open feel if the reception area calmed him a bit. Also the assistants were really nice to him and patient. He wasn't even scared of the eye doctor and after the exam he got a special reward. It's hard for a parent to find an eye place that their kid would like and this one works for mine. Secondly, I was extremely impressed by the eye doctor's manner during the exam. Dr. Imes was very professional yet also very friendly. He put me and my son at ease and did a great job at explaining what he was doing during the exam instead of just treating us like a set of eyeballs. He also did a great job at answering all my questions and didn't make me feel rushed. Also, the location is convenient, plenty of free parking, and very clean. There is an optometry section inside where you can get glasses and such and their selection looks pretty big. If eye health is important to you, I highly recommend this place and Dr. Imes!
