  • Ketch auto was recommended to me by a very lovely and wise previous neighbor when I first moved here 2yrs ago. I didn't have a need to go until I did. I reached out and scheduled an oil change. Scott answered the phone the same way he greeted me when I arrived at the shop, with an abundance of joy and enthusiasm. I know, I know... you are like say what what. Not only did they take care of me, they took care of my car, with honesty and integrity. Scott makes sure you understand what is going on with your car and provides his unbiased recommendations. No fluff, no extras. I have made multiple returns and will continue to do so. Every time I bring my car to Ketch auto I receive the same amazing service as I did the first time I walked through the doors.I never thought I would EVER write a review about an automotive shop but here it is. Service is excellent and honest. Staff is amazing. If you are looking for those qualities in an automotive shop then I would give Scott and his team a try.
