  • I came in for a mani pedi but ended up leaving with only a pedi. The nail technichian put my brand new pair of birkenstocks right before she applied my red polish, so I assumed that she was going to be extra careful and meticulous bc she would have experience. Contrary to my assumption the polish was applied all over my toes including my new pair of birks. She cleary saw the red nail polish all over my sandals but continued to pour and rub acetone to "fix" my toe polish since the application was already messy. As soon as I brought it up to her attention that there was red on my sandals, she immediately, without asking poured acetone on the leather slides which caused it to absorb and damage even more. The situation would have been a little better if at least she was apologetic. The manager as well as the nail technichians are extremely unprofessional, rude and inexperienced. Now i am left with red spotted birks which will need the slides replaced at my own cost added to the amount charged for my pedi. The worst nail salon Ive been to ever.
