  • I just opened an account here and already regret it. I deposited a paycheck several days ago and the funds are not available yet. When I called to inquire, I was asked to verify the following information... 1. Account number 2. First & Last name 3. Address 4. Last 4 of SSN 5. A recent transaction to my account 6. Business or personal account ANNOYING. That's too many questions in my opinion. Next I was told when the funds would be available. I understand business days are taken into consideration, but I will not have access to my funds for 7 days after the initial deposit date. They have a "hold period" of up to 10 days! Side note, I deposited a check issued by the same account just a few days prior. That one cleared much faster for some reason... If you actually want to be able to spend your money, I'd avoid this place.
