I never heard from management after they were made aware of the issues I had with the furniture. I did however, receive a copy of my refund receipt in the mail. No letter of apology, no "please give us another try". Just the receipt. It is clear to me, and it should be clear to anyone who shops at this store, that they do not care about costumer retention or service. By the way, the more I talk to people and relay my experience the more customer dissatisfaction stories I hear.
