We purchased a dining table and 6 x countertop chairs set from this location and requested delivery on 27.Dec.2017. We were having a family dinner on this date and required this in order to accomodate all our guests. We received the delivery as requested, however, they delivered the incorrect dining set. This was left unopened and The Brick was notified and thus we requested a pick up (of the incorrect merchandise) and delivery of the correct merchandise. Upon delivery and opening of the correct merchandise, the table was chipped and damaged. The Brick was contacted again and we requested a refund as we were now unhappy with the service provided and the damaged merchandise. We were told a refund could not be honoured and the only solution was to keep the damaged merchandise, to only receive a $100 reimbursement. This was not to our satisfaction and we now have this damaged table and the chairs stacked in our daughter's room, as we simply do not have the space in our apartment. The Brick has also been notified of this issue and they completely disregarded our concerns.
We would like to be contacted immediately about this matter, as we should not be forced to keep any damaged merchandise whatsoever, and thus be offered a 100% refund and pick up of the damaged merchandise.
