| - In the beginning of March I ordered three chairs online. However, on the first address line I was unable to fit my whole apartment number because the site said there was too many characters, so I moved the number down to the second address line. I waited the next week for my chairs to arrive, and when they didn't I logged on to find out that the apartment number had not shown up on the address line. I reached out to UPS and they let me know my order will be delivered the next day. The next day I got home to only find 1 chair waiting for me at my door. Where were my other chairs? After some research I learned that for some reason the chairs were split up into three different orders all with different tracking numbers. The other two were already being sent back to Khols because UPS did not have the apartment number for the other two chairs. It took another week for Khols to locate the chairs, and another 2 weeks after that for me to get my refund sent back to me. To my horror when I received this refund I was shorted 50 dollars. I called the customer service line, and they gave me a 1800 number to call. I called that number for days, and left voice msgs, emails, and no one got back to me! I finally had to go into the Khols store to talk to the manager to get a direct line to a person I could talk to about this. She informed me that I wasnt going to be getting my full refund, because I had spent my $50 Khols cash already. When I asked to speak to the manager she finally obliged to have $30 credited back to my account. When I asked about taxes she said they already gave me the taxes back which is untrue, however at this point I just wanted the situation to end. It is now beginning of April and I finally have everything taken care of, but I will NEVER AGAIN SHOP ONLINE AT KHOLS. SPREAD THE WORD!
