  • I've been with Sprint forever just about but this store is out of code of conduct with the deception we encountered. I took my grandson here for a new phone to be added onto my plan. He went ahead and picked out quite an expensive one and of course he got a wireless speaker that was suppose to be free with the phone. Apparently I was wondering why the bill every month was so high. Among a busy life. I overlooked the bills but one day I decided to call the corp and ask. They couldn't figure it out and then finally he found out we paid about 130 for a speaker that was suppose to be free. And the way they snuck this in was tag it onto the bill every month in the amount of 12 or 15 dollars. We had no idea. I then went back to the store and asked they take that off which I was lucky to get the same sales guy that originally handled this transaction. He assured us that we would get the money returned but only wished to do it in 20 dollar amounts to come off each month. I found this odd. Because we also got phone insurance and that added up over the months and when my grandson needed the phone fixed they were sure to charge us 150 even with the insurance! I told them hey you owe us for this speaker. Take it from that. Which they refused to do. I still gave out more money to get the phone back. I find this very disturbing. Also that I noticed they didn't put the credit back on my acct. Yet they are stating we owe them 20.00 and didn't pay the full bill. I've been down to this store like 4 times already trying to correct this and still it's not being handled. I called today to ask for a manager of the store only to be told she is leaving now and can't talk to me and then told she leaves at 7 but it's only 6:32pm. I guess I'm going to have to go thru their corporate office. I also when last there asked them to have my grandson taken off since he's 18 and can be responsible for his own bills. That was never done either. Plus he's going into the army. So he needs to be responsible for his own bill and we talked also to them about putting his phone on hold till he can use it since he didn't know if he can take the phone. Regardless. I don't feel this store is handling their job in a code of conduct manner. I can't waste any more time going down there due to my injury and I'm just going to call corp to get this handled. End of story. I will not trust them again.
