  • They did a good job cleaning the carpets but I wish they would have told me when scheduling my appointment that there would be a extra charge for the high traffic areas and to clean the walk in closet (which is small) is an extra charge too. Last time it was a free service they did at no request. There are a lot of hidden charges that they don't tell you on the phone until they arrive. Also, I had a time frame of 1-4 but they arrived at 11 am. I'm glad I was home.
