  • I went to Alteration Express to replace a broken zipper on my leather jacket. Rae came to the counter and looked at the broken zipper. She informed me that the zipper did not need to be replaced. She did some kind of zipper magic and it now works like new. I tried to pay her for her work but she would not take any money. She did a great job. I highly recommend this shop.
