| - The Galleria is not what it once was it. But to steal a line from our dear friend, Toby Keith, it's certainly as good once as it ever was. That is, consider Galleria for what it has become: a cafeteria and lunchtime meeting place for local business people and local and federal government employees. With that being considered, Galleria is a nice space filled with various food options -- from the hip locally-owned staples like Stone Oven and Sweetwater's Cafe Sausalito, to the usuals like Quiznos, Galleria has several quite a few fun options. While here, one can even try some of the newer/experimental operations like Taco Amigo, which serves up some yummy -- and affordable -- burritos.
It's also pretty fun to stay and dine within Galleria, which has redefined itself as unique and fun space filled with urban farming, hydroponic experiments, and even live chickens!
Grade: A-, for what it's become.
