Walked into watch X-men with my two kids on time. Waited at the snackncointer for over 15 while the asst manager tried to use a e-coupon from regal I have on their app. She radioed ED the manager and he his response was oh yeah we just got that and I have not put it out yet. She tried her hardest but nothing. Ed radioed down the instructions from an company email and it still did not work. The line got longer and longer and still nothing. She asked Ed to come down and help, he was busy. Then he radioed back if does not work there is nothing he can do about it!!!! Really, it's not about the discount, no big deal. But you can't come down and talk to a customer or do anything about it. I just dropped $65 in your theater. 3 tickets plus food for three people. I guess my money will be spent at a different location even though I live 4 blocks away. I will be going to Sunset Station from now on.
