  • Would give a negative if I could. The owner, Marie is a complete nightmare to deal with. She will not return calls, then yells at you because she did not call the right person to schedule and install, then expects you to pay her installers a service fee for their screw up on the job. Absolutely no professionalism at all. Caught her installers in a lie and they stole a full unopened box of laminate from me and only issues a refund after I showed her pictures of her guy taking my stuff. Unfortunately she knows just how far she can push without putting herself into a lawsuit or handcuffs. She even told me that she was tempted to come out to the job and kick my ass because I told her installer that she was a crazy b!tch. Yet I had not done so, however she is one.
