  • My low rating has nothing to do with Dr. Fishman. I believe he is an excellent doctor. It is based on his administrative staff at the 17th Avenue and Glendale Office. My pharmacy requested a prescription but received no response from Dr. Fishman's office. Then I called his office and left a message saying I needed a prescription filled. I received no response. Then I hand carried a letter to the Doctors office noting my efforts to get my prescription filled and still got no response. So I ended up having my family doctor refill my subscription. This morning I called at 8:39 a.m. to make an appointment. I got a recorded message saying that they were busy and to leave a message. I left a message saying I needed an appointment and to please call me back. Eight hours have now passed and I have not received a response. The work day is just about over. It doesn't matter how good Dr. Fishman is, if I can't get a prescription refilled or make an appointment to see him.
