I give it 3 stars because it took almost 30 minutes to get our food once we ordered and there was one person ahead of us. Once we ordered we sat down but we were never given our drinks until all the food came out.
While the food was delicious - we at the Carne Asada burritos - it wasn't worth waiting 30 minutes.
And while we were waiting, the owner (a guy) came out of the kitchen to talk to the other people sitting in the dining room. I know he was an owner b/c he mentioned it a few times. He chatted with them for about 25 minutes but never acknowledged my daughter and me. $20 for two average size burritos and a horchata isn't too bad but overall just nothing special. Probably won't go back.
The restaurant itself was OK. Some people might be freaked out by the bars on the window but they're not really a big deal. The parking is tight but it works out OK. Getting out of the place can be a bit tough with traffic though.
