| - Wow. What a dump. Why can't I give zero stars? Or even better, negative stars.
I waited for HOURS just to give a urine sample. The whole place smells bad and has the yellowish hue of age and neglect. They have a sign on the wall with their, "core values," which include: 1. a healing focus, 2. a selfless heart, and 3. a tireless resolve. Sorry, kids, not even close.
If the DMV is your business model, you've one-upped them!
Do you realize that people who have to give a urine sample do so when they have to pee? If you make them wait for hours, they sit there becoming increasingly uncomfortable, even approaching a dangerous medical condition. Many have no choice but to use the restroom, thus eliminating their ability to provide the urine sample for which they were visiting in the first place. After waiting for HOURS, they have no choice but to leave and then return another day and try again.
This whole scenario is absolutely absurd and far from patient friendly. Moreover, it reflects a corporate culture that utterly fails to reflect anything close to, "a healing focus, a selfless heart, and a tireless resolve." The only resolve in this place belongs to the poor souls desperate to deposit their urine in a small plastic cup.
Many employers are paying for what transpires here. Additionally, many employers are paying for the lost time and productivity (not to mention payroll) caused by the inefficiency of this little exercise. What a fantastic con!
Should they require efficient service, a healing focus, a selfless heart, or a tireless resolve, I would strongly encourage both patients and employers to look elsewhere.
Ps, the conditions beyond the waiting room were third-world. I saw evidence of water damage, mold, filth and disrepair. No wonder they have an armed rent-a-cop on site to keep people in line. I bet they have to hold patients down before they inject them using the rusty needle.
