  • Do yourselves a favour and NEVER, EVER order from these f-ing crooks!!! Very happy to take your money IN FULL, promise delivery in 10 days and all you have is nothing but a headache after a month waiting. Called numerous times to see where the order was and no one knows, different staff member every time you call. Managers are to busy to speak to customers who have already PAID IN FULL. They already have your money so don't give a shit. Order went from 10 days to 3 weeks to 6 weeks. To come from Scarborough to Mississauga- unless Scarborough picked up and moved itself I don't see it taking six weeks to ship it to your store, then I have to wait again for a delivery to my home. Like that's not bad enough -then for them to call and say we need to come and pay the balance, excuse me??! Are you kidding me? Take your money and go elsewhere folks, but don't go to the brick, because of course, they're all the same company. It kind of explains why the service and quality is so shit. We found that out the hard way. Total crooks! And they don't even have the manners to wear a mask while they're robbing you blind. Edit: just opened our 3 box order- 1 table is correct, 2 is incorrect. Further confirms that I will never shop with these clowns again.
