  • For a cafe chain second cup is excellent. This particular branch offers an escape from hectic downtown to a quite and warm setting. This morning I came in for a hot chocolate. I asked for it in a mug, and this was probably miscommunicated to the barista. When I said "oh I wanted it in a mug" it was quickly changed, upgraded one size and served with a warm smile. That's service!
