  • Was recommended to come here by a local while on vacation with my bf. I ordered the 2-meat combination with one side. I chose the ribs and quarter white meat chicken with loaded mashed potatoes. My bf ordered a brisket po boy sandwich with seasoned fries. The ribs were tender and good but, didn't have a lot of meat on them and only got 2 ribs. However, I wasn't feeling the bbq sauce very good. The breast of the chicken was dry so, I didn't eat it. The mashed potatoes weren't really creamy and reminded me of KFC's mashed potatoes with cheese, bacon, and green onions added. My bf's sandwich had about 3 slivers of brisket on a big bun, with a ton of lettuce and done pickles. He said he liked it but, expected more meat on the sandwich. I agree, the portions are pretty small and knew I'd be hungry later. I'd come back but, only for the ribs to-go. My bf would probably order the brisket by the pound. Service was just ok, nothing special.
