  • Despite the facility looking great the hair service is awful. I've been here two times, both around holidays. Both times , two different people attended my hair. I can't even say the word 'styled" 'cause all they did was to wash and dry it without knowing how to style hair at all. Even the washing of my hair was awkward. This last time I supposedly got a hand massage which was no massage either. Very very disappointing. I live in LA and go to My Blow LA at Beverly Hills every week of the year and I know what I'm talking about. You need qualified hair stylists rather than people who can just wash and blow dry. Terrible!
