Something has happened to this company that delivered customer service beyond a customer's expectations. Had great service in the past. Last time the serviceman was late and did a mediocre job at best. Thought I'd give them another chance. 30 minutes after they were to have shown up today, I called to see if they were coming. Bradley couldn't remember our appointment (duh...look at the schedule), said he'd have to call the field mgr to see what happened. 15 min later he called back to say they'd had a truck breakdown. That happens, I understand. But the truck breakdown was 25 min. after they should have been here and no one called me.
Of course Bradley tried to reschedule in the next few days, but that would be "fool me once, shame on them, fool me twice, shame on me".
