  • First of all, there was a hair in my burger... I had to cut that piece of my burger out to finish. Ruined my appetite. The air conditioning wasn't working properly so it wasn't much of a relief from the summer heat inside. And they had signs up promoting their "BBQ summer burger," but when I ordered it, the employee told me "I'm sorry but we haven't started serving that yet." Then take your signs down that are all over your restaurant advertising it! And don't call it a summer burger if it's the middle of summer and you haven't even started serving it. This was my first time eating here and it will most definitely be my last. Next time I'll be sure to go to Five Guys directly across the street!
