  • I think I would rate Baby Stacks higher if I could ever get in there to eat again! I have stopped in on weekdays and weekends at various times and have been told the wait is going to be from 35 minutes to 1 1/2 hours. What!? So I leave. The last meal I had left me wanting more Baby Cakes - but not for the pancakes. They have a FRIED SPAM breakfast eggs and GARLIC FRIED RICE that hits your salty taste buds just right! Fry my spam crispy like my momma used to! Get the upgrade on the rice - you'll love it!
