  • Kelly saved me thousands of dollars, period. We had made an offer on a home in Casa Grande, AZ that 'looked' pretty good. His thorough inspection identified electrical, structural, code, plumbing, drainage, you-name-it, issues. Most importantly he found evidence of significant termite damage that had been painted over! There was so much wrong with the house we cancelled the contract. Flash forward to two weeks later when we found another house. I called Kelly back and he was able to quickly conduct a thorough inspection and send us the completed report that was 51 pages long, including photos. From offer to closing his speed and diligence allowed us to close in 11 days. We are so grateful. I'm not in the market to buy houses every few weeks, but when the next opportunity arises I will absolutely track Kelly down and hire him again. I advise others to do the same.
