  • DO NOT MOVE HERE. I moved in 5 months ago and it has been nothing but a problem from the start. The first day I went to move in I found that the "upgraded" unit they promised wasn't the same unit they had me scheduled to move into. After arguing with them about it I came to find that they have 2 different levels of upgraded apartments and pass off the newly renovated as what you will get when it's not the same. Beware, they only have 4 units on the entire property that ACTUALLY are upgraded to look like the model unit they take you through to tour. They grudgingly admitted this after hours of arguing with them over it. They turn the water off weekly, and are not prompt on fixing anything. My AC unit has gone out twice in the 5 months I've been there. The first time it took them 3 days to repair and they offered nothing to make things right (and it was 115 degrees out that week). The second time, was about 2 weeks ago and it took them 4 days to repair. After them telling me they couldn't do anything about it, I insisted on speaking to the property manager (my apartment is 96 degrees inside) and she said that I would have to come down to the office and fill out paperwork so they can deduct the 4 days from my rent. I went to the office and they said they don't put that in writing but it would come off my rent. Well, my rent is due and nothing has been deducted from it as promised. I called the office on the 31st regarding this and they said nothing could be done, to call back on the 1st when the rent came due. I called back on the 1st and they said the property manager had to "figure it out" to call back on the 3rd. Well it's now the 3rd and they aren't answering their phone or returning any contact via email either. This property is poorly managed, nothing has been upgraded in these units (maintenance said that a ton of AC units were going out--not just mine--since they never upgrade or replace them), they are not customer-friendly, are sneaky thieves. and repeatedly lie to their renters. Oh, and on occasion (they blame computer glitches) you will log in to see your rent payment about 4x what it should be. Believe the reviews, I didn't and now I'm stuck wishing I never signed a lease with this place. I cannot wait until it is up and I can get out and not have to deal with this office and their extremely stupid and unhelpful staff. On another note, there is zero security since they moved the leasing office and keep the gates open all the time.
