  • SHAME! Shame on this business for caring more about insurance and getting paid than the SAFETY AND CARE of their patients. Disgraceful behavior. I worked 6 years as a medic and this is abhorrent behavior from an industry caregiver. No need to explain my story, let's just say I spent hours trying to get an actual appointment and they refused to give me one (for a pretty urgent checkup need) because my insurance company made an error on their end.
