  • I do not ever complain and If I could give this company less than one star I would! Worst experience in my life!!! They messed up every step of the process! Bad service, bad quality of carpet, bad management!!! Stay away!!! Good news. My glucose came back normal. Bad news. Luke fell off a car at daycare and split his lip open. Waiting at urgent care now. It's always something. This is incident number two for the week for him. They are gonna think I beat him!!!The sales guy lied through his teeth! They were supposed to come year out our tile, sand down the concrete and smooth out the floor to make sure it is even before putting in great quality carpet. I was told it would be a two day job. I am pregnant and allergic to dust so planned it on a Saturday so I could stay in a hotel that night while the dusty part of the job was being done. They said 8 am Saturday. At 9 they called to say they'd be there between 9-11. At 11:30 the managers called to say my carpet had gotten wet from rain and they would have to reorder it and install on Tuesday. I asked if they are still going to rip out the tile and they said that was not in the work order. I was furious since i am pregnant and have a one year old and planned to be out of the house for there weekend to avoid the dust. I work full time from home and cannot be around dust or construction during the week. They promised to send someone right out. That was at 11:30. Then a second manager called to reduce my price a little and promised to make things right by sending over their best guys and he spoke to them personally to let him know what was going on. Well at 4 the installer called to say he would be there in an hour. At 5 he arrived in a beat up pick up truck with my new carpet tied to the root with no plastic it protection on it. So he drove with my new carpet through an az dust storm over an hour. Then he came in and said he didn't know he was supposed to take out tile and didn't have the tools to do that and it would take too long since he got off work in an hour. Then he went and rented tools and came in very mad that his boss was making him so the job and he began his work. I left the house with my son to avoid fumes as they did not Hang plastic or move the furniture like promised. He tore out the tile and did not even remove he grout from the floor. He threw the damp, dirty carpet on my floor over the uneven floor. It felt like walking on rocks and seams were showing! Not to mention it was not the right carpet!!! They left my house with no conversation or walk through of the carpet at 11 pm!! Yes, 11 pm!!! I called and complained and took pics of the terrible job. They sent a sales guy out Monday and gave me better carpet for the lower price. Guys came Tuesday to tear the floor up again and redo the removal of grout making my house all dusty and dirty again. They did install the nicer carpet that day. Both my son and I got upper respiratory infections from breathing in the fumes and debris. There is even more that they did that I didn't mention but seriously DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! They lie and have a terrible standard of practice and terrible quality of carpet!!!
