  • I usually have a mobile service come wash my car, but I had some tree sap that had gotten onto the hood of my car and needed to get it removed asap. I found this place and decided to wash my car here since it was advertised as 100% hand wash. When I rolled up, I was immediately greeted by a salesman who tried to fast talk me into getting the cracks in my windshield fixed. He told me that car insurance usually covers this, but since it was late (12PM on a Wednesday) and the insurance was closed, he could do it for $30. No thanks! I then drove through a gutted out car wash which had no people around to direct me on where to go. After a few minutes, car washer came out to my car and started hand washing while I sat inside. When the car wash was complete, I took a look around my car and noticed the part on my car that had tree sap now had spiral scratch marks in the paint from where he scrubbed. Extremely upset by this as this is the reason I wanted to go to a hand wash place in the first place. Will never return!
