  • Popo's is "hit or miss" for me. My husband loves it and I feel like it's inconsistent. The first time I went the chicken chimmichanga was great, the next two visits, the chimmi was bland and I had to ask 2-3x for drink refills and napkins, the staff just wasn't on their A game. The parking situation at Popos is really challenging and we have pulled in with the intention of dining there but left because there was just no parking.
