  • The grooming department service was terrible. The staff are not friendly at all and weren't helpful. When we walked in for our appointment, we got a "what do you want" style of greeting. They didn't want to answer questions or even acknowledge us. These aren't the types of folks Id would want to leave my dog alone with for a few hours.
