  • Our family of 7 booked a nice stay cation for a few days and because there are 7 of us we had to book a villa. We arrived a few hours before check in fully knowing we couldnt get into our room but figured we could just hang out at the waterpark until it was ready. To our surprise our room was ready and we were able to check in well before we should have. Check in took less than 10 minutes and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Our rooms were pleasantly decorated and comfortable, very clean. The waterpark wasn't very crowded at all and I dont think we stood in line for more than 5 minutes for any of the slides. There were lots of lounges in the shade and plenty of life guards on duty. The food was excellent though a tad on the pricy side. I booked a salon package and I was impressed with their options and their pricing was very fair, the woman's locker room was very dated and could be cleaner considering I was very early in the day. There were many broken tiles in the shower area, some sticking up pretty obviously. Maria my pedicurist was amazing. She was very chatty, and did an excellent job removing the rough patches on my feet. Id be more than happy to book services in the salon as a non guest just to have her do my mani pedi again. We have already started planning our next visit. But if you are staying in a villa...for more than a few days, take advantage on the full kitchen and bring some groceries.
