I have been going to this place on and off for a couple of years. I would say front desk people have improved a lot - very friendly now and they call with reminders. But this place really needs online scheduling. like hello, is it 21st century now or what?
I got massages from Victor, who is pretty good and has solid skills, the only thing is that he seems to know much better what you need (better than you), so that is a definitely turn off for me as a client, because this is my body here, and I am the one who knows better. :)
