I was told by the sales associate that they do what's called "Trade-up" where if you purchase an item you can upgrade it at a later time to an item of more value and get full dollar amount paid towards the new item purchase. I tried this out but it did not work out how I expected. After having upgraded a couple of times the last transaction was where my credit card was ran an I was handed a receipt stamped with "no returns on this item". I inquired about the receipt and why this transaction was different then the previous transactions. I was told that it was to protect their company in case the cost of gold increased they would not be liable for giving me more that what I spent on the item but that it did not mean that they would not take the item back. I spoke to the sales associate a couple of days later in regards to a trade up on this item and I was told that they could not take the item back because the item has a soft market and they are not willing to take it back, no exceptions. I felt what they did was sneaky because instead of being up front with me from the beginning I was instead informed wrong and I ended up walking out with a receipt indicating no returns on this item. My advise is be careful there.
