  • Terrible customer service and lack of communication. We put security money down on a rental home and a few days later they changed their leasing policies which would cost us more in terms of rent amount. Can you get your money back? Nope! The people in their office were rude to my wife and Patrick in the corporate call center told my wife when she asked for his manager that "we can't help you and nobody is going to call you back"
