  • I'm giving Public Moving Services 4 stars, although I do believe we may have been overcharged. The team moving our stuff out of storage bins into our new home were great. They arrived as scheduled and were ready to work. They were professional as well as friendly and put everything where requested without question - this included going up to the third level frequently. These guys were so good, if fact, that a two hour job was completed in less than one hour. This is where the overcharge came. Basically, we ended up paying for two hours of work when in fact it only took the guys less than one hour. We will definitely use this company again, but next time not settle on a firm cost until the work is completed.
