  • I write this as I have sat for the last two and a half hours on the Pearson express a mere 5 min from the airport with the disingenuous assurance that "we should be moving shortly". With every moment, the shrinking window of possibility that we will catch our flight twists me further as we will certainly not be reimbursed the enormous international change fee that awaits. This abysmal, meekly apologetic disaster of a ride will be my last with The UP express. At least I have a free ride voucher. Suggested rebrand: "The Pearson Distress" "Up Yours Express"
