This place would get 0 stars if I was able to. I accompanied my mother to her appointment the staff at the front desk ignored my mother for 10 min before opening their glass door and then asked her repeatatively for dr. Names of every single certain rx she had. (As a medical professional I know for a fact when you request records all this information comes with it, this is pure laziness, especially since we were asked 5 different people). We waited 30 min. Past her appointment (she was the first one of the day) before finally being seen. Once we were seen the medical assistant asked the same questions the front desk staff asked then informed my mother that she had dangerously high blood pressure (this was the first time anyone has said this to my mother). Once the dr. Came in he treated my mother as if all she wanted was pills. Said nothing about the blood pressure or where to go to have it looked at. And asked the same questions the front desk staff asked and the medical assistant. I am currently sitting in the front waiting room watching an interaction with the office manager and another patient over a refferals that they failed to file. The office manager rather than having an actual conversation with this woman or trying to fix what they messed up, she walked away from her while she was talking. This office is incredably rude, unprofessional, and not compassionate. Their working with an older population for the most part and they refuse to call with simple blood results. Absolutely rediculous and completely lazy
