  • this is the worst store. set an appt on the internet to visit this store the next day. came in before the appt time and was met by the short bald headed guy. didnt even want my appt confirmation sheet and had to wait a half hour to speak to someone in back of walkins. this little creep came ove after a half hour and said they were busy with yraininga new worker and would have to wait longer. two people were actually handling customers while the manager went back in the offic and three other workers were just standing around. the problem all centered around the tempe store setting up a new iphone 6 for my wife and pulling her old 4 (paid for) off the programs and giving a new number for me to use it. was told my cost wouold be $20/month. turned out i was billed $61/month. when i checked, the new phone 2 yr lease was put on the old phone along with new phones insurance plan. what a bunch of amateurs. i used sprint for all my on road phones for years without a problem but now will never go to them again. also, wifes phone was to be a purchase and, instead, the kid at the tempe store put it on a lease for 2 yrs and then would have to pay $200 to purchase. i see republic wireless has some bangup deals on plans so will go there. dont use these people any longer people if you want avoid these problems.
