| - Don't waste your money with this completely unprofessional and downright rude man.
It is hard to find bachelorette package companies in Las Vegas.. so after doing a little searching on the internet I found Sin City Parties. When I initially contacted Brandon in January everything seemed fine. Then I started looking around at other options because I knew the clubs he was offering were on the low end of better clubs in Vegas. I contacted him about cancelling and he told me my deposit was nonrefundable and what could he do to make me happy. I said I need more bottles because of all the girls I have (15 of us) he said okay how about Chateau and I will personally come take care of you girls and give you the best table in the house, as he said he knows the manager there personally. I said okay. This was over a 20 min conversation. Afterwards, I emailed him requesting he confirm all the details we went over just so I had things in writing. He responded, and I quote, "thanks for your email sorry I don't remember what we talked about" I said please tell me you are kidding and he said, "no I talk to a lot of clients on a daily basis" I was really offended but I sent over the email he was supposed to with all the details. He sent back the details of Saturday night and still had the club wrong so I once again wrote that we had changed it... fast forward to the week of my bachelorette party I send him an email asking him to confirm that everything was set for Saturday... no response. I called him a few days before my party and he STILL did not know who I was. He had me down being escorted with someone else, I said no you personally said you would escort us he said well usually girls like to go with other girls. I said no, that is not what was promised, so he agreed.
Night of my bachelorette: Brandon calls me around 7:30 letting me know the weather isn't so good for Chateau so LAX would be a better choice. I find it hard to believe this was the truth, and perhaps it had more to do with him not making the proper reservations at Chateau. I agreed and he says he will meet us at 8:30. I make sure my group and I are gathered promptly at 8:30 pm downstairs where limo and taxi pick up is. Brandon shows up and my Maid of Honor hands over the $1,800 CASH for 13 girls. A few minutes go by... then ten, fifteen and twenty minutes go by and still no limo. My Maid of Honor asks Brandon at ten to 9 where the limo is, he says, "it's on its way sweetheart." in a derogatory tone. The same thing he had said three times before. We finally get in and go. When we get to the strip club, we head upstairs to a table and chairs in the back. My Maid of Honor asks Brandon about grabbing the alcohol in the limo since he had told me we can bring whatever we want on the limo and if we had to change limos he would grab it all for us no problem. When she asked him he told her, " I'M NOT YOUR FUCKING SERVANT, YOU'VE BEEN TREATING ME LIKE SHIT ALL NIGHT." How incredibly unprofessional!
We leave the club to head to LAX. On our way to the nightclub we realized we did not have one of our girls as she had been left behind. One of my friends asked Brandon to have the driver turn around to get her and he says to my friend, "I AM NOT YOUR FUCKING BABYSITTER, TELL HER TO TAKE A CAB." Once again, the way he spoke to my group was so incredibly unacceptable, rude and completely disrespectful. I am the client who just paid you almost $2,000!!! My friends were all so disappointed in this company. Each of them had the same things to say about Brandon and how unprofessional and rude he was. I felt embarrassed. I will never recommend this company or use them again.
