| - Because of multiple problems with my 2014 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk, requiring 8 visits, as well as issues with my 2015 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon, requiring 7 visits. I have had many interactions with the [service] staff here. The staff who man the booths are exceptionally helpful, especially Heather -who is always attentive and professional. Unfortunately that is where my praise ends. The poor attention to detail (glaring issues -including damage to my vehicle while there) and less than knowledgeable service technicians have made me never want to purchase an FCA /Jeep product again. For technicians who deal with Jeep vehicles all day, they seem to know very little about the common issues which plague these vehicles, especially Wranglers. Because of so many less than acceptable 'repair' jobs I was forced to go to Airpark Jeep in Scottsdale, who were exceptionally knowledgeable and were able to inform me on every single issue I was having with the Rubicon -partly because two of them own Wranglers and have the same issues (I have since traded in the lemon Trailhawk.) Another perk, is Airpark doesn't use Enterprise for their loner vehicles, so you avoid that hassle. Note: on one of my service visits, Chapman neglected to pay Enterprise, who then charged me three months later and required a complaint with the BBB to get my money refunded. If you're in the Scottsdale /East Valley area, save yourself the time and go to Airpark Jeep, or somewhere else. Don't waste your time with Chapman.
