  • This review is for the personal banking side. I had to see a personal banker to make some changes to my account and get a temporary debit card because mine was lost. I waited for an hour while the lobby was empty to see a personal banker. What made it worse is I kept seeing her walk around a socialize and then go back into her office and type away. She was the only personal banker there so I am wondering why they thought staffing one banker on a Monday would be a good idea. I had 2 very friendly tellers (or greeters not sure) come up to me and say it would only be a "few more minutes". I finally just went to the teller and pulled out money and will be going to another location after work. The only reason I am giving this location 2 stars is because of how friendly the tellers were.
