  • I received several quotes for MDX after requesting quotes on edmunds.com, except Tempe dealership. I got a call from Chelsea Scott around 3pm yesterday. She said that she doesn't give out quote online, but via phone, that was why she called me at that time. Then, she claimed that how honest Tempe dealership was and disclosed how deceitful other dealerships were. Basically, she didn't give out any quote information for me, but offered a FAKE $200 lower price promise. I sent in a quote of OTD price from one of dealerships this morning to Chelsea Scott. She emailed me back that she needed a lot more information and added more requirements for beating the price, which sounds like a purchase order rather than a quote. I believe she is well aware the procedures to beat the price at Tempe dealership, why not put it up front to let me know yesterday. To all customers: Don't waste your time here. They are rude and unprofessional.
