rev:text	I never had bad service from here and sadly i did last night. Never once a 5 stars from me dropped to a 1 star. I work in the food industry also so i know how it works. The only way to keep customer coming back is having good food quality and providing excellent experiences for them. We waited almost 10 mins to have anyone to noticed us and sit us. Only time the server check on us is when he asked for our drinks. Asked for one iced tea and 1 water with lemons came out 2 water with lemons. Hey thats ok. People make mistake. What upsets me the most is that if we seated at the bar, the reason to sit there is to be served directly from the chef. We sat there exactly for 10 mins. And no one even acknowledge if us were there. NO HI NO HELLO NO WELCOME but a glare from a mexican chef with his unhappy face. We get it youre busy. But it takes 30 secs to remind customers that you know they are there, and will be right there to help. I wouldnt mind waiting so much. I wanted to walk out so bad but the bf told me not to since we ordered side dishes already. 10 mins passed, still no help so i had to get the server attention if we could order and he took our orders. Was going to do all you can eat but we felt so uncomfortable with the place were being so loud, no one seems to want to come check on us or even help us. Also the mexican guy kept glaring and rolling his eyes at us. So we switched it to ala carte and hurried to leave. The Experience werent great at all.
