  • I went in because I was having a female health issue. The doctor was super uncomfortable to talk to acting awkward like he had never cared for a women's health in all his medical experience. On top of that he ordered a test but didn't even know what test to order therefore didn't;t tell me what was being done. He said his staff doesn't collect the specimen for the tests. I had to do it myself and I'm not even sure I did it correctly on a medical standpoint and to make matters worse the results came back negative and they charged me for $900 lab fee!!!! They didn't even tell me what they were testing for in my appointment and I have to pay for $900 test that I had collect my own sample for (which could have been done incorrectly) that a normal doctor would have done???? I am beyond angry and never going back to this place ever again. I need you guys to make this right or I'm going to small claims court over this.
