  • Lady behind the counter was extremely rude, walked in with two friends, the only other two people in the place besides the workers were already eating their food. Not once did this lady smile, she actually had a scowl on her face. The iced tea was out and she explained she was too busy to change it out. They only changed it out when we asked for a refund. It took over 30 minutes to receive our order and when we asked for an extra hot sauce, she bellowed NO!
