  • I wrote a pretty mean review when I moved out. I genuinely felt bad so I decided to delete it. After all, it's not the front desk girl's fault that she works for a crappy management company. I will keep this brief, the other reviews say everything I would say, but there is one thing I'd like to add: When I moved out, I paid a professional cleaner $200 to clean my apartment and steam clean (or whatever it is) my carpet even though I didn't have a dog or cat. Imagine my surprise when I get charged $90 for a cleaning and $60 for carpet cleaning after I moved out. When I asked why, I was told that they automatically add that to everyone and didn't even bother looking at the state of my apartment. So forget the part in your lease about normal wear and tear. You will not get your deposit back. Management will not care. Do not go the extra mile for them.
