  • I wanted so badly to like this place, I'm always skeptical of really negative yelp reviews. I just called to ask a question and here's how the convo went: *Ringing* Them: "Minute." Me: "Hello, do you do key cutting on site?" Them: "One moment please" *three minutes on hold while I listened to what sounded like The Price is Right on television* Me: *hangs up* Silly me, expecting an answer to a yes/no question in less than three minutes. Not wasting my time.
