If only zero Stars were available. It was a 3 night stay over Christmas- The lack of hospitality provided by 2 of 3 front desk staff, all the cocktail servers, and the rudeness of woman who staffed the gift shop all weekend were disappointing.
The fact the doors and walls were so thin that we could hear people fighting in the halls, a baby screaming all night we were waking every 45 minutes was exahsting. Not to mention the unsafe feeling due to the type of people allowed to roam the casino begging for cigarettes and punching machines. I have never been in a casino where my husband did not feel good leaving me to step upstairs for a minute. Nor have I ever been in a Las Vegas hotel where some of our family had to switch rooms due to security's inability to control a loud parties in other rooms or have had a Security Guard literally shrug their shoulders when we complained that our entire hallway reeked of marijuana. Texas Station was the first.
Having to get up at 1245 in the morning to have our AC replaced was inconvenient. Having a machine get stuck and sitting for 20 mins with no response to a service light was frustrating. We were understanding that it was a holiday- however as paying customers we do not anticipate being penalized with a short staffed facility and staff that are not only upset to be working but taking it out on us.
The entire experience left our entire family saying never a "Station" hotel again.
